The change of holidays

46 percent of the Austrians still will go on holiday this year, 41 percent however will abstain from going on holidays this year. Only 30 percent of the holiday-maker will spend their holidays exclusively in Austria, the majority is looking for recreation at least partly abroad. Probable reasons of the changed travel habits: aging of the society, EU, Euro and globalisation.
